Bu gibi durumlar lastiğin ömrünü azaltacak hatta kullanılamaz hale getirecektir. Doğru koşullarda muhafaza edilen lastiklerin ömrünü uzatacaktır. Sağlıklı lastik uzun vadede kullanılabildiğinden tasarruf etmenizi sağlayacaktır. Ayrıca yakıt kullanımını da minimuma indirecektir.

- Keep them clean. Dirt and grease get piled on tyres in relation with its usage. That the tyre you will keep is dirty may cause the sound status of the tyre. You can clean the tyre with water and soap before. Unknown materials that are found between gutters and treads of tyres must be cleaned off. Store the tyre after you make sure that the tyre is wholly dried.
- Pack and then store the tyre. You can wrap up your tyres with preservative cases such as large garbage bags. You can cut their contact with air as much as you can.
- Tyres must be kept indoor. If they are to be kept outdoor, they must not contact with the ground.
- The tyre must be stored in line with the ambient temperature. Direct contact with heat must be avoided and the area where the tyre is to be stored must be dry, cool, and aired.
- What to pay attention when positioning tyres;
You can keep them vertically if they are to be without rims. So, you can save from the ground and less burden will be exercised on tyres. Do not hang the wheel alone itself without a rim and do not keep it like that. Otherwise, a deformation can occur in the structure of the tyre. This situation may cause damage on a sound tyre.
